http代理上mud简单说明

采用ccproxy + sockscap的方式：
1、设置ccproxy，如图

2、设置2级代理，就是可以使用的http代理

3、配置sockscap
存在域名解析的问题，所以建议用ip连mud，而不是用域名

这样就ok了
